GENERAL CONDITIONS
1.- Prices are per person, in US dollars and are subject to change without prior notice.
2.- Payments may be made by bank draft, wire transfers or personal check.
Kempery Tours does not accept credit cards for charges outside of Ecuador.
3.- Upon confirmation a 30% deposit is required. The final payment is due 30 days prior to departure date. 4.- In case you cancel the trip you will pay the following amounts relative to the cancellation date:
- Up to 90 days prior to departure, total amount paid will be refunded in full, except of USD 50 administration fee.
- Up to 60 days prior to departure, 70% of the amount paid will be refunded.
- Up to 30 days prior to departure, 50% of the amount paid will be refunded.
- By cancellation shortly before the departure, the total tour rate is forfeited.
- If short time cancellation is due to medical reasons of the passenger, a 50% refund will be made upon receipt of authentic medical documentation.
5.-The price includes
- Cruise on board of the yacht of your choice
- Three complete meals per day
- Excursions to the Islands
- English speaking naturalist guide
6.- The tour does not include:
- Airfare to/from Galapagos. (We are in charge of the Flight booking)
- Entrance fee Galapagos National Park USD 100 + 10 USD payable in cash in Galapagos
- Extra beverages
- Snorkel equipment, available to rent on board
- Special services not described above

7.- Please bear in mind that Galapagos boats are operating back-to-back cruises in an archipelago almost 1,000 km out in the Pacific Ocean. When mechanical systems break, the crew may not be able to fix things immediately. They do an able job under adverse conditions. Occasionally it can happen that the yacht you have booked will be substituted for another one of similar size and class, or upgraded. This would only happen with the passengers’ safety in mind. Your comprehension and flexibility is appreciated.
8.- Every passenger has to be under the boat's regulations in case of non-completion they will be expelled from their cruise without any refund.
9.- Departure to Galapagos on TAME or AEROGAL Airlines from Quito or Guayaquil.
10.- No more than 44 pounds ( 20Kg) of luggage can be checked on flights to or from the islands. Extra luggage or equipment will cost an extra fee and is subject to the airline capacity of transportation. 11.- The agency is not responsible for any loss of valuables on the flight or on the tour. Money and other valuables can be handed over to the boat's administration officer. 12.- Passengers can pay their expenses on board with traveler's checks or in cash (in US Dollars). 13.- On the S/Y Angelique children are allowed in company of their parents or tutors and are under their responsibility. On other yachts it depends on their regulation. 14.- The passengers will be responsible for and will compensate any damage caused voluntarily or involuntarily.
